BACKGROUND

TYPO3 is an Open Source Web Content Management System (CMS) written in PHP. Like all other CMS Systems, TYPO3 is also vulnerable to underlying system services and applications while its open-source nature makes TYPO3 itself vulnerable as well.

DESCRIPTION

TYPO3 is an open-source CMS System which makes web publishing easier. Since such kind of systems is widely used by large communities, any vulnerability of the system can easily spread to other users of the CMS. TYPO3 Security team handles reported CVE’s regarding TYPO3 and fix them in a timely manner. The users of the CMS must check updates regularly to avoid any vulnerability.
